SRINAGAR, July 30 -- Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, on Thursday called on Party President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in Srinagar and discussed key developmental priorities concerning Jammu division, besides reviewing organisational affairs and the party's grassroots outreach.
