Jammu, Oct. 8 -- Even as senior leaders of the Jammu and Kashmir BJP have submitted their panel of candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections to the party high command, the central leadership has decided to take a final call only after weighing all pros and cons.
Highly placed party sources say the BJP high command has not given assurances to the visiting state leaders that the final candidates will necessarily be selected only from the panel presented by the local leadership.
