JAMMU, July 30 -- Jammu Police has completed proclamation proceedings under Section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) against three absconding accused persons involved in case FIR No. 14/2025 under sections 103(1)/3(5)/49,/111(2) (a) of BNS and 3/4/25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Nowabad.
The accused persons, who are evading arrest, have been identified as:
Vikas Slathia @ Vicky @ Vicky Khauff, S/o Ravinder Singh Slathia, R/o Mandi Gharota, Gurha Slathia , A/P- Gurha morh, Vijaypur, District Samba - (Kingpin).
Vikramjeet Singh, S/o Malkit Singh, R/o Village Fatehpur, Chabal Road, Amritsar (Punjab), A/P Narwal Pain, Satwari, District Jammu - (Shooter).
