JAMMU, July 27 -- Continuing its sustained crackdown against drug trafficking under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu campaign, Jammu Police achieved another significant success by apprehending two drug peddlers and recovering approximately 18 grams of heroin (Chitta) from their possession.
A police team of Police Station City intercepted the accused during routine checking and recovered the contraband. Accordingly, FIR No. 33/2026 has been registered under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act and Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at Police Station City. Both accused have been arrested.
