Srinagar, April 4 -- The Habba Kadal Zone of the Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today organised a felicitation programme at the PDP Headquarters to honour Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura on his appointment as Organisation General Secretary.
The programme was organised by former State Secretary and Constituency Incharge Habba Kadal Arif Laigroo along with the zone committee.
