Jammu, Dec. 16 -- Government Degree College (GDC) Ramgarh organized a panel discussion on the theme "Youth and the Constitution" under the patronage of the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Meeru Abrol, with the objective of sensitizing students about constitutional values, rights, and duties, and highlighting the pivotal role of youth in strengthening democratic institutions.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Brham Dutt, who warmly welcomed the expert speaker, faculty members, and students.
