Jammu, April 4 -- Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, on Saturday said that the Omar Abdullah-led government is working with commitment to bring Kandi Belt and Border areas of Kathua District on Development Map, after years of neglect during BJP regime.
He made these remarks while addressing a one-day conference of Kathua Rural at Pani Morh, organized and chaired by Sham Narayan Mehta District President Kathua Rural. The meeting witnessed participation from party functionaries belonging to the Kandi belt and border areas.
