Jammu, Sept. 28 -- The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) Katra celebrated the International Sign Language Day with enthusiasm and awareness building activities.
The day is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of sign language and promote the rights of deaf and dumb persons. It reminds us that everyone should have a chance to communicate and be understood.
