JAMMU, Feb. 24 -- The NSS Unit of Dogra Degree College, Autonomous, inaugurated its week-long NSS Winter Camp at Palli Village with great enthusiasm, marking the commencement of a series of community outreach initiatives focused on social awareness, health education, environmental responsibility, and rural development.
The programme was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Bela Thakur, Principal Dogra Degree College, whose continuous encouragement and leadership inspire students to actively engage in social responsibility and nation-building.
