NEW DELHI, Feb. 21 -- NHPC Limited's Salal Power Station has been conferred the First Prize by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, for outstanding implementation of the Official Language policy among PSUs located in 'Region C'. The award was presented by the Union Minister of Home and Cooperation Amit Shah to Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC and Anish Gauraha, Executive Director, Salal Power Station. Further, TOLIC (Office) Faridabad, functioning under the chairmanship of NHPC Limited, Corporate Office, Faridabad, was honoured with the Second Prize.
