MALIGAON, June 27 -- In a significant step towards enhancing passenger amenities and modernizing railway infrastructure, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has commissioned architectural facade lighting at Lumding Railway Station, transforming it into a visually striking landmark and improving its night-time visibility and ambience. The project involves the installation of energy-efficient RGB LED facade lighting fixtures with programmable illumination effects, providing uniform lighting across the station frontage, domes, columns and other architectural elevations. Weatherproof outdoor fittings and cabling have also been provided to ensure reliable operation under all weather conditions.
