Jammu, March 13 -- Newly appointed Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Vinai Kumar Saxena, on Thursday assured the residents of the Union Territory that his administration would work to fulfil the aspirations and expectations of the people.
Interacting with the media after taking oath as the fourth Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Saxena expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for entrusting him with the responsibility of serving the people of the region.
Describing Ladakh as the "crown of India," he said he would work wholeheartedly in line with the aspirations and needs of its people.
