Jammu, Sept. 22 -- The ruling alliance partners, National Conference (NC) and Congress, have agreed to set up a joint coordination committee to strengthen coordination and ensure the smooth functioning of their coalition arrangement in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sources said the eight-member committee will comprise four representatives from each party. While the NC has finalised its nominees, the Congress is expected to announce its members shortly, following which the panel will be formally constituted.
