JAMMU, Aug. 6 -- The second day of the Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP) organised by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, at Government Degree College (GDC) Akhnoor witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members and the general public going through the photo exhibition on Nasha Mukt Bharat.
During the programme, Dr. Madhu Bala from the Health Department delivered a comprehensive lecture on the medical aspects of drug abuse and highlighted its harmful effects on physical and mental health.
