AKHNOOR, Oct. 6 -- MLA Akhnoor Mohan Lal today met Chief Engineer of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), Brigadier R.K. Mishra, and strongly took up the issue of the poor condition of the Garkhal-Parghwal-Gurha Manhasa road.
During the meeting, the MLA highlighted the damage caused to the road due to last year's floods, which left several stretches with deep potholes and made commuting difficult for residents. He said the road is a vital link for the people of Parghwal, Laz and Garkhal areas and connects nearly 50,000 people with Jammu.
