JAMMU, July 31 -- Jammu West MLA Arvind Gupta on Friday inaugurated the construction of a lane and drain in Ward No. 31. The project, sanctioned under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), will be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 10 lakh.
Addressing residents on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said that upgrading basic civic infrastructure across the Jammu West Assembly constituency remains one of his foremost priorities. He asserted that development works would be undertaken in every locality in a planned and need-based manner.
