Chandigarh, Aug. 7 -- As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Sustainable Practices Committee of Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women organised the Tiranga Rakhee Mela on campus.
