Chandigarh, Dec. 15 -- Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women organised an educational and cultural trip for its teaching faculty to Anandpur Sahib, under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

The reflective spiritual journey was undertaken as part of the ongoing commemoration of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, whose supreme sacrifice stands as an enduring symbol of courage, conscience and the protection of human rights.

During the visit, the faculty members paid obeisance at Gurudwara Sri Keshgarh Sahib, one of the five Takhts of Sikhism, and engaged in contemplation on the life, teachings and lasting legacy of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
