Chandigarh, Aug. 18 -- Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women marked the beginning of its Induction Week on a spiritually uplifting note with a Havan ceremony. The event was graced by Sh. R. C. Jeevan, Senior Member of MCM DAV College Governing Body, as the Chief Guest. The sacred ritual was performed by Pandit Dau Dayal from Arya Samaj, Sector 16, Chandigarh, and attended by newcomers and faculty members, who together offered prayers to the holy fire for an auspicious and successful academic session ahead.
