Jammu, Dec. 14 -- His Holiness Sadguru Shri Madhu Paramhans Ji Maharaj of Sahib Bandgi, while showering the congregation with his nectar-like discourses in Mishriwala today, said that when a person experiences the bliss of concentration, their mind does not wander in the turmoil of worldly thoughts. Sahib's words are very meaningful.
He says that whatever you contemplate without the Name of God is a trap of time. We all know that we have to sit in meditation. And the means to concentrate the mind is remembrance of God's name. Yet, why is this not happening? If self-realization occurs, a person will not be engrossed in the world. Then the illusion that "I am the body" ends. He will consider the body as his clothes.
