LEH, July 23 -- In a landmark initiative aimed at the heritage-led transformation of Leh Old Town, Lieutenant Governor, Vinai Kumar Saxena, today laid the foundation stone for the comprehensive Infrastructure Upgradation and Beautification Project of the historic town, marking a new chapter in transforming the living heart of Ladakh's vibrant culture and rich heritage.
