Srinagar, Aug. 1 -- A day after two Chattisgarh labourers were killed in a terror attack at Kelam, Kulgam in South Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday directed all the Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) to conduct a comprehensive review of the Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) established to protect labourers from outside Jammu Kashmir.

Chairing a high-level security review meeting here, LG Sinha said, "We must intensify precise, high-impact anti-terror operations to neutralise the terrorists."
