KATHUA, Feb. 4 -- In order to ensure strict compliance with regulatory provisions governing seeds, fertilizers and pesticides, a meeting of all dealers and retailers engaged in the trade of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides in Kathua district was convened today at the Sub-Divisional Office, Dayalachak.
The meeting was organised under the directions of Director Law Enforcement, J&K UT, Shri S. Balbir Singh, and Assistant Director Law Enforcement, Jammu, Shri S.
