JAMMU, Aug. 29 -- The Labour Department, Jammu and Kashmir organised a One-Day Orientation-cum-Training Programme on the Four Labour Codes at the Meeting Hall of the Labour Commissioner, Jammu, under the chairmanship of Labour Commissioner, J&K, S. Charandeep Singh (JKAS). The programme aimed at strengthening the capacity of departmental field functionaries and promoting effective, uniform and transparent implementation of the new labour law framework across Jammu Division.
The programme was attended by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jammu, Assistant Labour Commissioners, Labour Officers, Inspectors-cum-Facilitators and other departmental officials from various districts of Jammu Division. The programme provided a platform for interaction...
