JAMMU, May 2 -- Renowned Master Artist K.K. Gandhi Invited as Resource Person at National Art Workshop "Kala Utsav" minent contemporary artist K.K. Gandhi has been invited as a Resource Person for the prestigious national art workshop "Kala Utsav", organized by the Department of Fine Arts at Kurukshetra University.
