KISHTWAR, April 1 -- Continuing its sustained and intensified drive against drug trafficking under the ongoing War Against Drugs, District Police Kishtwar achieved another significant success by arresting a drug peddler and recovering a heroin-like (chitta) narcotic substance during naka checking near Sarthal Morh.
SSP Kishtwar Sh. Naresh Singh-JKPS, while sharing the details, stated that a police party from Police Station Kishtwar, led by SHO PS Kishtwar Insp. Firdous Ahmed and assisted by I/C Police Post Shalimar PSI Hiteshwar Singh along with other police officials, had laid a naka near Sarthal Morh under the supervision of Addl. SP Kishtwar Sh.
