SHIMLA, June 8 -- The Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Kavinder Gupta said that Indian culture is the foundation of nation building and emphasized the need to connect the younger generation with the country's rich cultural heritage, traditions and moral values. He said that a strong and prosperous nation can be built only when its youth remain rooted in the civilizational values that have guided India for centuries.
