Jammu, Oct. 31 -- The Jammu Municipal Corporation's (JMC) relentless drive against dengue has yielded remarkable results, with the city recording a 62% decline in dengue cases this year compared to 2024.

According to official data, 2,932 dengue cases were reported in Jammu city till October 28, 2024, whereas, only 1,097 cases have been recorded during the same period in 2025. This significant reduction underscores JMC's effective strategies and sustained public health interventions.
