JAMMU, June 30 -- The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) is actively executing its AI-enabled road monitoring and repair programme as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen urban infrastructure and improve civic service delivery in the city. Under the initiative, JMC is carrying out road repairs of approximately 150 to 200 metres every night after traffic movement subsides, using a state-of-the-art cold emulsion patching machine. The technology enables quick, durable and all-weather restoration of potholes and damaged road stretches while causing minimal inconvenience to commuters.
