SRINAGAR, Sept. 8 -- Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today paid rich tributes to Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah on his 44th death anniversary.
