JAMMU, Oct. 17 -- The Janipur Police have taken a significant step towards ensuring justice is served in a timely manner. A chargesheet has been filed in the court of Honorable Passenger Tax Court Jammu in connection with FIR No. 23/2025. The case pertains to Dheeraj Singh, son of Deepak Singh, resident of H.No.126, Kanji House, Old Gumat, Jammu, who will be declared a proclaimed offender.
The Janipur Police have been diligently pursuing this case, and a request has been made to the court to initiate trial in absentia under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
