Srinagar, Oct. 22 -- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Thursday predicted that Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness generally dry weather till October 31, with brief spells of light rain expected in parts of Kashmir on October 23 and light rain or snowfall over higher reaches on October 24.
