JAMMU, Oct. 16 -- The Prosecution Department of the Union Territory of J&K announced that three bail pleas were dismissed by the Courts of Districts Samba and Jammu, a result of sustained and evidence-driven Prosecution.
On 15 October 2026, the Additional Sessions Judge Samba Arvind Sharma dismissed the bail applications of Jagpreet Singh and Neeraj Jaiswal @ Romi in FIR No. 31/2023 of Police Station Ramgarh.
