J&K police attaches immovable property worth 35.85 lacs of drug peddler at Billawar

KATHUA, May 21 -- As a part of its relentless effort against drug peddlers/smugglers, J&K Police Kathua under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan has executed attachment operation by PS Billawar resulting in the freezing Two Single storey Residential Houses i.e immovable property worth rupees 35.85 lacs owned by drug Peddler namely *Mohd.Sadiq @ Shiku S/o Sheru R/o Galak Tehsil Ramkot Distt.Kathua.

The action was taken by the Police team of P/S Billawar led by SHO Billawar assisted by IC PP Ramkot under the guidance of SP Upper Kathua and SDPO Billawar and overall supervision of SSP Kathua Mohita Sharma IPS, under sections 68 A.2 (c),& E read with 68-F of the NDPS Act of 1985, dealing with provisions for attachment of properties of drug peddlers/smu...
