RAMBAN, July 30 -- Amplifying action against the terror ecosystem, Ramban Police has attached the immovable properties of eleven Pakistan-based terror handlers during the investigation of FIR No. 10/2024 of Police Station Banihal, registered under the relevant provisions of the Indian Panel Code (IPC), and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The attachment proceedings were carried out by a Police team of Banihal Sub-Division in the presence of the Executive Magistrates, at Banihal/Khari/Neel and local witnesses.
Following immovable properties belonging to the persons mentioned against each are identified as assets intended to facilitate and finance terrorist activities, were attached:
