JAMMU, Sept. 12 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has prescribed a maximum timeline of seven working days for conducting field inspections related to eight identified online services of the Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD).
The decision has been notified through Government Order No. 193-JK(HUD) of 2026, issued on September 11, 2026, as part of the administration's ongoing implementation of the Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP). According to the government order, the maximum permissible period for conducting a field inspection will be counted from the date of scheduling or receipt of the application on the concerned online portal.
