Jammu, April 3 -- Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department on Thursday conveyed capital expenditure ceilings for the financial year 2026-27, and fixed April 21 as the deadline for uploading works on the BEAMS portal. The move comes as the government plans to authorise funds early this year for the timely execution of projects, an official spokesperson said.
The Finance department directed all administrative departments and district development commissioners (DDCs) to upload approved work and activities on the BEAMS portal as per the prescribed B12 statement, for the department to authorise 50 per cent of the allocated funds immediately.
