Jammu, Nov. 15 -- Jammu Police have solved the shocking case of a man found burnt in the open fields near Ring Road, Prithvipur, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Miran Sahib. Three employees of the Irrigation Department have been arrested in connection with the incident as the investigation continues.
