JAMMU, Feb. 28 -- Jammu Police achieved a major success by arresting a notorious criminal-cum-Drug peddler, Dilbagh Singh, resident of Malikpur ,Miran Sahib, against whom multiple FIRs are registered along with three other criminal associates from Miran Sahib area.
