JAMMU, Sept. 15 -- In a significant action aimed at ensuring effective execution of judicial processes and bringing wanted persons to justice, Jammu Police has arrested an absconder wanted in connection with FIR No. 163/2020 registered at Police Station Bishnah under Sections 382/323/325/34 IPC.
The arrested accused has been identified as Vivek Sharma @ Gopi, son of Kedar Nath, resident of Nougran, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu. The accused had been continuously remaining absent before the Hon'ble Court, following which a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) had been issued against him.
