JAMMU, Feb. 27 -- The Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu & Kashmir (IRCS-J&K), flagged off a group of enthusiastic students from Doda district, Jammu, to participate in the National Youth Exchange Programme organized by Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch w.e.f 24th February to 1st March, 2026 at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. The flag-off ceremony was held in the presence of Sh. Krishan Lal, JKAS, Deputy Commissioner Doda. The programme reflected the continued commitment of IRCS-J&K towards promoting humanitarian values, youth leadership, and national integration.
