NEW DELHI, May 28 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Thursday emphasised the importance of fact-based debates on Thursday, stating that they not only strengthen constitutional institutions but also enhance their dignity and maintain public trust.
Birla made these remarks during the release of 89 volumes documenting the proceedings of the Central Legislative Assembly from 1924 to 1930 at the Delhi Assembly. He noted that this rare collection will serve as a valuable guide for the younger generation.
