JAMMU, June 24 -- The Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on Leadership Skills for Managers for officials of the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) Ltd on 24th June 2026. The programme was conducted from 22nd to 24th June 2026 at the Vedanta MDP Centre, IIM Jammu, with the objective of enhancing leadership competencies, managerial effectiveness, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities among participants.
