Majalta, Sept. 19 -- Police party of Police Station Majalta led by its SHO while on routine patrolling near Majalta Morh, intercepted one person under suspicious circumstances.
On conducting his personal search, the police team recovered 05 grams of heroin-like contraband from the possession of the accused who was identified as Shubham Singh S/o Surinder Singh R/o Dhemma, Tehsil Majalta, District Udhampur and has been arrested on the spot.
In this regard, a case under FIR No. 75/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Majalta and further investigation has been taken up.
