RAJOURI, Oct. 1 -- On the occasion of World Heart Day, the Indian Army conducted cardiovascular health awareness lectures and interactive sessions for civilians, border residents and Ex-Servicemen across Rajouri and Poonch, promoting preventive healthcare, early detection and heart-healthy lifestyles.

The sessions focused on prevention of cardiovascular diseases, identification of early warning signs, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity and the importance of timely health screening.
