Gurugram, Aug. 29 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday handed over appointment letters to 1,054 newly appointed Primary Teachers (PRTs) of the Mewat Cadre, in a move aimed at strengthening primary education in the region, an official said.
The appointment letters were handed over during a state-level orientation programme held at the Grain Market in Nuh.
Saini said the recruitment would improve the teacher-student ratio and strengthen the standard of primary education in Mewat.
He described the recruitment as a "victory of the merit of the youth" and claimed that more than two lakh government jobs had been provided by the BJP government without the "parchi-kharchi" system. He said that under previous governments, jobs ...
