JAMMU, March 17 -- In a significant action against criminal elements, Police Station R.S. Pura apprehended a hardcore criminal and recovered a sharp-edged weapon (toka) from his possession.
On 16.03.2026, during routine patrolling, a police team led by SHO R S Pura,Inspector Tribhawan Khajuria spotted a suspicious person near Agra Chak, close to Jamia Masjid. On noticing the police presence, the individual attempted to flee but was swiftly overpowered.
During questioning, he identified himself as Yudhvir Singh alias Bablu, resident of Old Agra Chak, R.S. Pura & during search a sharp-edged weapon(Toka) was recovered from his possession.
