JAMMU, Aug. 12 -- Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu, as one of the lead colleges for the 79th Independence Day celebrations, organised a Divisional Level Essay Writing Competition on the theme "Role of Education in Promoting Peace".
Ten students from various districts of Jammu division participated in the competition and presented thought-provoking perspectives on the transformative power of education in fostering peace, harmony, and understanding in society.
