Samba, Sept. 19 -- As part of the ongoing Sewa Parv celebrations, the NCC Naval Wing of Shri Pandit Prem Nath Dogra Government Degree College (SPPND GDC) Samba carried out a heartwarming donation drive aimed at supporting underprivileged children, under the patronage of Dr. Meeru Abrol, Principal of the college.
