UDHAMPUR, Oct. 16 -- Today on 16th of October 2025, Government Degree College (GDC) Neeli Nallah, Udhampur proudly unveiled the second edition of its newsletter, titled "Neer: The Campus Chronicles", covering the period from January to June 2025 under the able guidance of Principal of the college, Prof. (Dr.) Seema Arora.
